Financial Qualifications for the Sound of Life Foundation Program

Hearing Aid Financial Help is available nationwide. Please contact us for more information regarding individual states’ financial restrictions.

Note: Additional documentation for proof of income will be required as part of our application process. You must submit the tax return filed by the person making application to SOLF or a Supplemental Security Income award letter. For additional information on this requirement, review the “Additional Tax Information”.

Use the Table shown to find your household size and income limit for determining financial qualification. If your taxable income is less than or equal to this amount, it appears you qualify financially for SOLF. *Applicant must meet all other qualifications for our program as well.

When we are in a room with a lot of people we can focus in on a conversation, but we cannot understand what they are saying. At home when we are watching TV or playing a computer game we have to turn it up so loud! Our neighbor even complained to us that we were too loud. We are so looking forward to receiving our hearing aids! We also had an amazing time completing our required volunteer hours. We volunteered at the catholic thrift store. We’ve never done this before and we love it. They want us to stay and continue volunteering. We have met new friends and we will continue to volunteer there.
